Candlelight Ceremony

Well I went to Harrisburg last night with Ken and my 2 oldest grandsons. It was such a beautiful event.

There was a young lady who will be recieving her Gift of Life in April. How do we know this. Her sister is her Donor. I wish her lots of luck.

From Death Come Life

The title makes you think doesn't it. How someones death can give someone else life.

I posted a link to the news paper that is caring the story of a young man protecting a women in Church and was shot to death. And in his death he gave life by donating all his organs. How powerful is that. How Heroic for someone that young to not only try and protect someone, but to lose his life in the process?

Just Wondering

I am pleased how the site has been progressing. And how wonderful the transplant community actually is. Its like we live in another place, or at least where we are accepted.

I am trying to understand when people hear Organ Donation, why they get uptight. They may not show it in front of you, but they do almost like a Taboo.

This Halloween I spread the word by given out the hearts with the green ribbon around it and candy. The girls seem to like the pins. Now I have to order more... Read More
