Transplant Alliance Sponsors 2025 Community Health Fair
The Transplant Alliance is proud to have been a premier sponsor for the 2025 community health fair, hosted by Community Health and Dental Care.
The 2025 community health fair capped off national health center week, a celebration raising awareness about the good work of America’s health centers. Over 400 attendees came to show their support, and over 250 backpacks were given away for the coming school year! We’re thankful to have been part of such an amazing event.
Community Health and Dental is a nonprofit health center dedicated to filling gaps in healthcare access across Pottstown, Boyertown, and Barto. The organization has offered affordable care since it’s formation in 2008. With initiatives like it’s free weekday shuttle service and mobile dental care unit, it continues to find innovative ways to ensure families receive the health care they need and deserve.
